Yves Jadot
Born in Brussels Yves Jadot came to America at the tender age of eighteen years with nothing other than, one hundred dollars and a dream. Whilst working for Frederick Lesort, Yves held general manager positions at Jour et Nuit, French restaurant, Frederick's Upper East Side Club and Buddha Bar. In 1996 Yves left Frederick's to realize his own dreams of owning his own restaurant and later that year the first Petite Abeille was opened.
Yves has now grown the Petite Abeille brand to four locations in New York City and has plans to expand outside of the city with two more under construction. One in New Haven Connecticut and the other in San Francisco California.
Yves also owns an up market Mexican restaurant "Vamos" in New York City and most recently voted to be one of the top ten best cocktail lounges in the country.
