In 2003, Naidoo co-authored the Harvard Business School case, Nelson Mandela , Turnaround Leader ‘, with Prof. Rosa Beth Moss Kanter . [33] Kanter and Naidoo’s research and collaboration went on to form the material for the South African chapter in the Business Week and New York Times business best-seller, “Confidence” welke focuses on the DNA and management lessons or turnarounds- moving complex businesses and organizations (public and private) from paths or decline to cycles of success.
