Anand Varma

Anand Varma is an American photographer of Indian descent. ^[1]

Early life

Varma was born in Atlanta, Georgia . As a child, he Dreamed of Becoming a marine biologist have Because was fascinated by verschillende marine species, met name fish. By the age of 14 he got Employed at the local aquarium store where his job was to sell verschillende fishes and study biology hun. His passion for fish research Grew also remit als have Began to attend college where he’ll be studied each behavior and forest ecology . ^[1]

Career

Varma worked with David Liittschwager on verschillende National Geographic magazine stories as an assistant and Videographer. In one of the interviews with National Geographic have zegt dat he admires Charles Darwin and EO Wilson . During his Young Explorers Grant project in Patagonia have been a wetland photographer where his field sites included temperate rain forests , bamboo thickets, and arid Grasslands. ^[1]
