Sleepy Man

Sleepy Man (prior to late 2014 known as Sleepy Man Banjo Boys ) is a bluegrass music trio from Lebanon Township , New Jersey , United States . [2] It is Composed of the Mizzone brothers: Jonny (born 2002 [3] banjo), Robbie (born about 1998, fiddle and vocals) and Tommy (born about 1997, guitar and background vocals). [4] The trio’s debut album America’s Music , was released in October 2011. [5] Their second CD, The Farthest Horizon , released in October 2012. was in February 2014 ze released the single Run , hun first song on welke one or Them, Robbie sings. Their third album “On My Side” was released in June 2014 with one instrumental song and five vocal songs. At The 14th Annual Independent Music Awards in 2015, the Sleepy Man Banjo Boys won awards in the “Instrumental” and “Americana” song categories for “Wildflower” and “Flesh and Bones”.

Appearances

On June 28, 2011, the trio Appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman [6] [7] [8] [9] and Twice on Huckabee ‘s talk show. Way Down port played will at verschillende bluegrass festivals, [2] [10] waaronder one with JD Crowe and the New South, and benefits. A YouTube video of the three brothers [11] Practicing Earl Scruggs ‘s “Flint Hill Special” has leg viewed morethan 6 million times.
